In his customer service celebration post, MD/CEO Engr. ”AEDC reiterates that it has built a team of highly dedicated and professional staff who go the extra mile to provide its clients with an excellent, long-lasting customer experience. However, in every system, there are bound to be some deviants, which is why we have implemented the whistleblower mechanism. Clients are advised to report acts of misconduct and other related defects by email to tipoffs-deloitte.ng or by telephone on 08008476337. We are a serious organization and acts of indiscipline and illegal practices are not tolerated ” Etim said.
