The portal, quebeceducationcareers.ca, will host a centralized location for candidates to learn more about school regions and boards, search for and apply for career opportunities and student internships. They can also access resources and salary data and find information on career fairs and events.

“There are many great job opportunities in the English public education system,” association president Sylvain Racette said in a statement. “This one-stop option will benefit applicants and Member Boards. We strive to provide an inclusive environment of respect, fairness and positive recognition of differences.

The ADGESBQ added that the project received federal funding from the Official Languages ​​Program of the Department of Canadian Heritage until March 2023.
