The event includes a pair of webinars led by industry experts and kicks off at 10:30 a.m. ET with “Will the recession be good medicine for your staffing problems?” While a recession typically coincides with reduced turnover and reduced recruiting costs and efforts, the preferences of today’s nursing workforce have changed, making the current situation more complicated. than usual.

The second session begins at 12 p.m. ET and is titled “The Value of Vital Signs Monitoring: Enabling Proactive Care.” Among other issues, the webinar will explore how improved vital signs monitoring practices can predict patient deterioration and enable proactive rather than reactive care for older adults.
