Ooredoo launches an online forum on Qitcom

Doha: Ooredoo yesterday launched an online forum “Ooredoo Community” for its customers during the opening day of Qitcom.
The forum will provide a space for customers to ask and answer questions about services and technical issues with a community of members. It will provide customers with 24/7 access to information and allow members to talk directly to Ooredoo staff in a free and open environment.
