Red Funnel customers raise a wide variety of topics in the customer forum

This month (October), red funnel hosted a group of Island resident customers at its newly enhanced customer forum.

The face-to-face chat allowed customers to connect with senior Red Funnel executives, including CEO Fran Collins and CFO Graham Barnetson, and ask questions and share feedback directly with the company.

Topics raised
A wide variety of topics were covered during the full three-hour session, including ferry service reliability, labor challenges, pricing, support for customers traveling for medical reasons, down to general comments about customer service, the Signature Lounge, and the company’s food and beverage offerings. , handling disabled passengers and Red Jet timetables.

Speaking from the customer forum, Fran Collins, CEO of Red Funnel, said:
